The Great American Defenders professional baseball team came by the studio for their headshots this afternoon. Not often we get 30 guys in the studio. Boy, did they love the props. hahaha
Some of them pretended to be former british royal palace guards, you know, the ones you can't get to smile no matter what you do? Others enjoyed their camera time. I am only gonna show a few of the funny ones. You want to see the real headshots, get a program at one of the games! :)
In and out in 30 minutes. It doesn't get much more efficient than that.
Enjoy.

Great American Defenders
Nashua has a new professional baseball team, the Great American Defenders of New Hampshire. Quite a mouthful, that! We met the team this morning for a team picture. Nice group of guys. We also saw them at the parade this morning. We hope they play well and get a good following. Support your new team, Nashua! The prices are more than fair, and it is a good opportunity for a family night out, or even a date night. The new people in charge have lots of plans to make this a great experience, and the ballfield has never looked better. Opening night is Thursday!

Did you know we have a session tonight? LOL
So there I was, minding my own business, finishing my latest article for Professional Photographer magazine, when a couple of girls walk into the studio. One of them is carrying a laundry basket full of clothes, which is not particularly unusual, except I was not expecting to be doing any sessions. Uh, oh. I casually glance at the online calendar. Yup, she is on the schedule. Oopsie!
Ok, well, switching gears... "Let me just send this email, and I'll be right with you." [Call on the cell phone- "Um, what are we doing tonight? ... How about Laura's outdoor session? "gasp"]
Hehehehe
Good thing we are adaptable! :) Or, "all's well that ends well"
Enjoy!

Get MOTIVATED!
Keith from Motivated Automotive came by yesterday to get images of his truck for a show. I made him get in the frame for a couple, despite his protests. Motivated Automotive is like a Jiffy-Lube on wheels. They come to you to service your auto. It's no hassle and the prices are reasonable. Check them out at www.motivatedservice.com

Daddy, can I come play?
When your daughter asks you if you want to have a photo shoot, you make it happen. That's how I spent yesterday afternoon, enjoying my daughter's company and having some fun in the studio. It was great to have some time for just her and nothing else, to have 100% of my attention and time. At 16, she is not inclined to spend time with dad very often, so when she is, I jump at the chance. Here's a sampling of our session.

Valeria's 1st Communion
Well, today was an interesting day. We photographed a 1st Communion for a local family, and worked hard on overcoming a language barrier. The mass was entirely in spanish!
Valeria wore an absolutely gorgeous gown, and was cute as a button! We hope this is the first of a number of 1st communions; we really enjoyed ourselves, despite not understanding a thing that was said all day. :)

Ashlee from Alvirne
We were delighted to photograph the lovely Ashlee today, soon to be a senior at Alvirne High School. Ashlee is the flip flop princess. You'll see what I mean. Ashlee is a fun subject and came with mom, dad, and sis in tow. And LOTS of clothes, and even more flip flops. Did I mentions she's the princess? LOL
